The ladder is deliberate: each rung earns the next, and Chokmah declines to sell a rung a client has not yet earned rather than take spend that would produce certificates and no change.

At rung zero, the free AI Reality Check: ninety minutes on-site building one real workflow live with your team. It costs nothing and tells both sides whether there is a fit before any paid work is scoped. From there the Adoption Diagnostic decides what to build next.

Because scaling capability or governance before a single workflow has shipped in your environment produces confident teams building the wrong things and a retainer for work that was never proven. Delivery has to be demonstrated in one named workflow first, which is why the Cohort and the retainer sit at the top of the ladder, not the bottom.
